ocean pro slut i want to thank you for the nice invite to fix my carburator the problem is that i am in long island.I think it will cost me to much to send it there. Today i actually put my x2 on craigs list because i just cannot deal with it anymore. I appreciate all the help from everyone,chris

I have come to realize and talking to many people that the keihin carbs are not reliable and the insides wear down and not worth replacing. I may just go with the carb from the yamaha

I've got 6 Mikunis and 7 Keihins. They all require service once in a while.

the cap just pops off with a little prying from below with a screw driver,, surprised it is still on there.

HI there I have an X2 for over 16 years and I love it I have done it up
with after market parts and runs too fast any how if you are having problems
its always the Carb or bat that makes it not want to run I went with a 44mm Carb
and a West Cost muffler set up and a better prop in now its sick any how the best way
to fix it is to go to a mechanic for a check up and a good tune up and I did have to rebuild my
carb after some time now it runs even better hope that helps and you will save in the end by going
to a shop that knows X2,s. P.S Make sure you put in a Sub Pump.
