    Default Slt 780

I still have the same problem from before with the engine sputters with a excelleration of the ski. I just rebuilt the pump and carbs, I thought that would do the trick but still have it. Ran the ski today after I rebuilt the carbs, without the the seat on and it appears that if I hold the throttle at a steady point without opening it all the way then it will excellerate but if I go full throttle then the engine shutters (like it is backfiring but it isn't). Any information would be greatly like always.

Try richening the mixture screws. Poor acceleration may be due to the idle mixture being too lean.

sounds like a lean cough if it pops through the carbs when you give it throttle also check if fuel is blowing out the carbs, your reed valves may be worn out
