yamaha help, oil/fuel ratio, specs, info?

new to the forum, i picked up the ski for 100 bucks, not sure of the year but all that was needed was a coil and come cosmetic work don't know much about the motor and specs and oil/fuel ratio, so any info would be most helpful,

if you have a title it should say wat year you have to premix on old skies use 4 oz oil to a gallon of fuel last 2 digits of the vin are the year
